PQLA FASHION SHOW

As the Event Coordinator for the PQLA launch fashion show in Los Angeles, I oversaw key elements of production and on-site execution to deliver a standout experience. Working closely with the marketing team, I helped develop and implement event marketing strategies across email, social media, and print platforms. My responsibilities included creating promotional materials, managing RSVPs, maintaining guest lists, and coordinating vendor contracts, venue bookings, catering, and on-site setup and breakdown. I also tracked key marketing metrics and compiled post-event reports to analyze attendance, engagement, and ROI. In addition, I conducted competitor and audience research to inform event themes and targeted outreach strategies, and acted as a primary point of contact during events to ensure smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and attendees.
